    What are the terms and conditions of attending Quantum LEAP?

    Our Terms and conditions can be found here. All registrants to Quantum LEAP must agree to these terms to participate in our events.



    Logging In to Live Sessions

    How do I log in?

    Log in on our Agenda Page using your Ticket Number and the email address you used to register. (Hint: your Ticket Number is located at the top of our most recent reminder emails for LEAP!)


    How do I access a live session?

    All sessions will stream directly from the Agenda page and currently live sessions will be featured in a banner at the top of the page. Starting two minutes before the scheduled start time, you will be able to click the "Broadcast" button under the session title. If clicking "Broadcast" doesn't take you to the live session, double check that you're logged in using your Ticket Number and registered email address! 


    How do I move between sessions?

    Return to the main Agenda page by clicking it in the Menu bar, hitting "back," or simply refreshing your page. 



    Technical Support

    Why am I seeing a white or black screen instead of the live video?

    This platform does not work well on VPNs or a ghost extension. If you're using one, please turn it off! If your company requires using an internal network and you are seeing a white screen, please contact your in-house tech support - unfortunately, we have no power to grant more access than your company allows! Your personal devices and an external network should work.


    Why is it saying my email is invalid?

    This message sometimes shows up when guests use an unsupported browser - make sure you're using the latest versions of Chrome & Safari! 

    If you're still getting these messages, double check you're using the email address you used to purchase tickets. 


    Why am I being asked to enable 3rd party cookies?

    Quantum LEAP uses a platform called Bizzabo to power the agenda and virtual sessions. Bizzabo requires third-party cookie consent in order to display the virtual session video player and provide your personalized agenda. 

    If you're getting stuck in a 3rd party cookie request loop, make sure you're using Chrome or Firefox! Safari does this sometimes, and is not a supported browser. 

    If your company does not allow 3rd party cookies, consider switching to a personal device - we unfortunately can't authorize something your company doesn't allow!


    What browser & device should I use?

    Make sure you’re using Chrome or Firefox, this platform doesn’t work well on Safari. Chrome 88 works best if you're able to update. 

    You can check if your system can use the Bizzabo Virtual Experience with our Quick Tech Check. 

    Windows 7 and above, running Chrome, Firefox or Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported 

    MacOS 10.9 or later, running Chrome and Firefox. Safari not supported 

    iPhone 5S or later, running iOS 11 and up 

    Android 4.0 or later, running Chrome


    Why can't I hear the audio?

    Are you using a VPN? Try leaving the VPN - these aren't supported well by our event platform. 

    At the top right of the live-streamed session, there is a gear icon where you can select the output and input devices you want to use (e.g. internal speakers, headphones and AirPlay).

    If your preferred device isn't showing up, try unplugging and re-connecting your physical headphones, or toggling bluetooth on and off. If you are confident that the output device is connected correctly, check your system preferences to ensure your computer recognizes the device. On a Windows device, click the loudspeaker icon on the bottom right of your screen, and you'll be able to change output device. On a Mac, visit System Preferences > Sound to choose your output devices.

    If you're confident everything is connected properly, your devices might be in use by another tool or application. Make sure tools like Zoom, Google Hangouts, Go To Meeting etc. have been closed prior to starting the session.


    Nothing is working. What else can I try? 

    Clear your cache & cookies, make sure you've allowed cookies, and try switching to mobile!

    Event Participation & Networking

    How can I ask questions during a session?

    Join us in Slack! Most of our live event engagement is happening in Slack this year, including several fun surprises. Don't miss out!


    Can I chat with fellow LEAP attendees?

    We'll be using Slack to communicate with attendees during the conference and allow everyone to chat with each other and discuss the sessions. Joining Slack will enable you to be an active participant in your conference experience.

    2. You will then be prompted to create an account. 

    3. If you'd like to, you can update your Slack profile with your company and title so others know who you are.

    Will sessions be recorded?

    All sessions besides Quantum Metric University and our Roundtables will be recorded and available for playback following the event. A valid event registration is required to access recordings. Recordings will be hosted in the Agenda page immediately following the event.
