Course 1: Segmentation, replay and analysis
In this course, you will learn foundational skills that will empower you to perform more complex analysis using the Quantum Metric platform. Topics discussed in this course include an introduction to segmentation, building a funnel from replays, identifying top opportunities in a funnel and performing drop-off analysis on that funnel.
Course 2: Visible - Analyzing page engagement
Our second course in this track introduces you to Visible, the website plug-in from Quantum Metric you can use to easily conduct visual analysis on your website. In this course, we'll go over how to install & launch Visible and how to use some of the key features of this plug-in including heatmaps, zones, opportunities and more.
Course 3: Dashboards - Identifying friction and monitoring KPIs
In our final course, we'll round out page analysis techniques. Course 3 will focus on leveraging pre-built dashboards to monitor, diagnose and improving performance of your experience. In this course you will import & modify dashboard templates, apply segmentation to focus your analysis and investigation and quantify opportunities to improve your digital experience.
Course 1: Advanced interactions
The first course of our Advanced Analytics series, will focus on advanced interactions usage. The course will show you how to identify opportunitiies with a focus on the portability of interactions pieces for use elsewhere in the platform. Topics will cover capture page flow, zone creation and editing, A/B test comparison and more.
Course 2: Funnel configuration and analysis
The second course will focus on funnel configuration and analysis. In this course, you will learn how to build a funnel from scratch, identify top opportunities, analyze steps & drop-off across long time periods and learn to identify drivers of drop-off.
Course 3: Creating dashboards with custom metrics
The final course will build on what you learned in the first two. In this course, you will build dashboards using interactions, funnels and custom metrics with a focus on building different dashboard cards. Students will learn to build a dashboard from scratch incorporating data from interactions zones & funnels and how to incorporate customic and formulaic metrics. The course will finish with a hands-on set up of reporting to monito KPIs on your newly created dashboard.
Course 1: Interactions
The first course of our engineering track will focus on supporting Interactions. In this course, you'll take a technical dive into how Quantum captures click data and how that data can be used within Interactions projects. We'll cover native app Interactions and how to get the most out of data from frameworks such as React Native and Flutter. You will walk away from this course knowing how to utilize clicked zones and how to make Interactions projects.
Course 2: Triaging
In our next course, we will deep-dive into triaging. This course will show you how to use Quantum Metric to effectively investige and triage an issue. We'll take you from step zero of an issue through segmentation, replay and root-cause analysis to identify the source of an issue. We'll show you how to understand errors in replay, investigate API calls and errors and how you can integrate Quantum Metric with other APM tools to enhance your triaging capabilities.
Course 3: Creating events
The final course of this track will build on what you learned in the previous two courses. In this course, we'll take a deep dive into the power of Quantum Metric's out of the box data capturing abilities, unlocking insights that were never possible before. We'll cover how to determine if you need a custom event, or if your question can be answered leveraging Quantum Metric's out of the box data. When a custom event is required we will teach you how event management within replay works and more.
