In 2015, Mario founded Quantum Metric to help organizations align with a single version of customer-defined and quantified truth. Previously founding and exiting an APM startup which solved where enterprise applications could be improved, Mario saw the natural next step was expanding organizational alignment around the entire product lifecycle.
As Chief Product Officer, Kartik is responsible for advancing Quantum Metric’s product portfolio as the company continues to scale its reach across global industries. Previously, Kartik was VP of Product Management at Salesforce leading a team covering 30+ products across service lines including Observability, Availability and Big Data. Prior to joining Salesforce, he was the CEO & Founder of Twin Prime, a venture backed startup which was bought by Salesforce in 2016.
Efrat is the Chief Marketing Officer, driving the company’s branding strategy, product visibility, and demand generation. Previously, she was the key force behind building US brand presence for ContentSquare. Over the last decade, Efrat has served as CMO at several technology companies, and she is passionate about partnering with customers to improve the entire customer journey.
Karen Donnelly is the Head of Digital for the US Private Bank. She is responsible for setting the strategy and defining the priorities related to the digital experience for both clients and advisors. This includes the online and mobile tools that clients use (e.g. J.P. Morgan Online) as well as the tools that advisors use (e.g. Connect). Prior to beginning her current role in February 2021, Karen spent 10 years as an Investment Specialist within the Private Bank where she provided clients with insights and advice to help them achieve their financial goals. Karen worked primarily with individuals and foundations to construct portfolios across asset classes. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2006 and spent her first few years on the Equity Derivatives desk within the Private Bank. Karen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology. Karen is both Series 7 and 63 licensed.
Michael Hanson is based out of Minneapolis - St. Paul as Regional Vice President for Quantum Metric leading our strategic sales and engagement teams within Financial Services and Insurance. He joined Quantum Metric after leading the Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams at ForeSee - Verint with several other positions prior at technology enabling organizations that have become a part of SAP and SuccessFactors. Fun fact - if you’ve ever viewed a jobs.xxxx.com or careers.xxxx.com site or receive email / text alerts from a federal or state government entity then you’ve leveraged technology he helped to pioneer throughout his career. He is passionate about exceeding customer expectations within all digital experiences and holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, MN and a BA from Florida State University, FL.
Lija has specialized in usability and user needs research, design and maintenance of large-scale web and mobile sites, and building professional UX teams over the course of her career. She also teaches qualitative and quantitative UX research methods courses at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, on Coursera, and LinkedIn Learning. Lija's current focus is around inclusive research practice, leveraging behavioral, attitudinal, and empathic data to help everyone achieve their goals on their terms.
Karen Laine spent her entire career in sales and marketing for technology start-ups prior to joining Google 8 ½ years ago. As part of the Google Marketing Platform team in Google’s Ads business unit she has worked with many leading retail, travel, and financial services companies. Last year, she relocated from Chicago back home to Austin and joined Google Cloud as an Account Executive on the Healthcare/Life Sciences team. While in Chicago, Karen joined a then-nascent #IamRemarkable session and was struck by the powerful shift the simple act of acknowledging our strengths could bring, especially to those from underrepresented communities. This year she decided to become a facilitator to help further the #IamRemarkable mission in the Austin area. Karen is delighted to share this program with Quantum Metric!
Sarah joined Google in 2018 and leads various event programs at Google Cloud. Prior to Google, she founded and ran a marketing consulting company, working on projects from PR and events to marketing strategy and serving as a virtual CMO for several tech startups. Sarah is originally from the California Bay Area, and relocated with her family to Austin in 2021. She has been an #IamRemarkable facilitator for over 4 years, and is thrilled to join Quantum Metric's event this year.
